At Meditech Healthcare, we are committed to providing premium healthcare assistance via our product, Healthio24. This Refund Policy outlines cancellation, rescheduling, and refund structures for online consultations, appointments, and diagnostic services.
Policy Highlights
1. Doctor Consultations
We understand that schedules change. You may cancel or reschedule your consulting doctor appointments subject to the following rules:
- More than 24 hours notice: Full refund of booking fees.
- 4 to 24 hours notice: Eligible for free rescheduling or a 50% refund.
- Less than 4 hours notice: Non-refundable. However, we allow a one-time free rescheduling window up to 2 hours before the appointment.
2. Pathology & Diagnostics
For lab test bookings, health check packages, or home sample collection:
- Cancellations made before the lab technician departs for sample collection are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Once the technician has arrived at the collection address or sample collection is complete, booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
3. Practitioner Cancellation / No-shows
In the rare event that a consulting physician cancels the appointment or is unavailable (no-show) at the scheduled time, you will be issued a 100% refund of the booking amount, or you may opt for an immediate free reschedule to another convenient time.
4. Product & Subscriptions
Premium features or digital diagnostic record packages purchased as auto-renewing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be given for unused subscription periods.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the customer's original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, or mobile wallet). Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
