How to Delete Your Account

A comprehensive, step-by-step guide to safely and permanently deleting your Healthio24 account.

If you wish to delete your account on Healthio24, please follow the steps outlined below. We value your privacy and aim to make managing your digital health footprint as simple and transparent as possible.

Step 1Log into Your Account

  • Open the Healthio24 app on your device.
  • Enter your registered phone number, and then the app will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to safely log you into your account.

Step 2Navigate to Account Settings

  • Once logged in, tap on your profile icon or the menu button (usually located in the top-left or top-right corner of the interface).
  • In the bottom navigation bar, tap and go to the “Profile” section.

Step 3Find the Account Deletion Option

  • Scroll down within your profile settings until you find an option labeled “Delete Account”, “Close Account”, or “Remove Account”. This option might be located under “Advanced Settings”.
  • If you are unable to find this option in the current version of the app, check the app’s Help Center or FAQ section for specific instructions.

Step 4Confirm Your Identity

  • To secure your account and prevent accidental deletion, you may be required to verify your identity before proceeding.
  • This process might include re-entering your credentials, verifying via your email address, or sending a verification code to your phone number.

Step 5Review and Confirm Account Deletion

  • The system will display a warning message detailing the consequences of deleting your account. This includes losing all your data, digital prescriptions, consultation history, health records, subscriptions, and other app-specific information.
  • If you are absolutely certain that you want to proceed with deleting your account, select “Confirm”, “Delete Account”, or the equivalent confirming option.

Step 6Complete the Process

  • After confirming, you will receive a notification in-app or via your registered contact method confirming that the account deletion process has started.

Important Notes

Data Deletion: Deleting your account is a permanent action that will result in the loss of all your data. After deletion, you must not log into the app for 90 days for the account and associated records to be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.

Subscriptions: If you have any active subscriptions, consulting packages, or other recurring purchases, please ensure you cancel them through your App Store, Google Play Store, or relevant payment provider beforehand to avoid any auto-renewal charges.

Recovering Your Account: Depending on our data protection parameters, you will not be able to recover your account or access history once the deletion process is finalized, so please consider this decision carefully.
